They're the best lessons I've had, to be honest … I've definitely made more progress in the last couple of weeks than I've made in a long time with the language.

I can't believe I had an hour-long conversation, all in Italian, and understood almost everything.

I think the materials that you create are so well-organized, and they give the learner so many options… you have nailed the design of online learning materials.

The 80-20 method is amazing… it clears out all the clutter… broken down into a simple way … You saved me months of time… in this 10 weeks, I've probably learned what would have taken me over a year.

The fluency comes from having someone guide you… speaking naturally, not pausing and translating. That was the biggest accomplishment … I can express ideas way more complex than ten weeks ago.

I don't think any other program or method would have gotten me this far this fast.

Fun, Fulfilling, and Effective!

At the very end of my ten-week course I spent two weeks in Italy traveling by car from Sicilia to Milano. During our journey I had interactions with many non-English speakers. Though I was far from perfect, I was able to communicate effectively in restaurants, museums, grocery stores, with lodging hosts, etc. And, more importantly, I had a richer and more fulfilling travel experience than I ever had before in Italy.

This course is well-organized into digestible chunks – so it’s never overwhelming but just enough content in the module to learn and retain the lesson. The exercises are excellent to reinforce learning! I appreciate that lesson transcripts are included and offers great tips for remembering rules.
